Vincere Integration Guide

Introduction

Integrating Vincere with Scout allows you to seamlessly manage your recruitment processes, leveraging the powerful features of both platforms.

Steps for Integrating Vincere with Scout

Please note that these steps must be carried out by a Vincere Admin, and applies to all users in the organization.

Step 1: Obtain Credentials from Vincere

Before you begin, ensure you have the following information provided by Vincere. You may need to contact Vincere support to get the below information. In the support ticket, please share the Scout Callback URL: https://app.getscout.ai/api/vincere/callback

• Tenant: xxx.vincere.io (From your Vincere login URL)
• Tenant ID: xxx
• Client ID: Provided by Vincere
• API Key: Provided by Vincere

Step 2: Input your credentials in Scout

• On Scout, visit the Integrations Page (https://app.getscout.ai/settings/integrations)
• Scroll down to “Vincere”, and enter the Tenant ID, Client ID, API Key
  
• On the next page, enter your username and password on your Vincere Login screen. This should allow Scout to connect with Vincere.
