Talent Map
The Talent Map enables you to explore and search the global talent pool. You can easily locate specific candidates by searching for their names directly, or discover groups of qualified professionals using the interactive Talent Graph filters. From there, you can view candidate profiles and organize them into sourcing projects.
SEARCHING Candidates by Name
If you are looking for a specific individual, you can search for them directly:
- Type the candidate’s name into the Search field.
- A list of candidates matching the name will populate in the search results listing.
- Click on the candidate’s name to view their detailed profile.
SOURCING Candidates via the Talent Graph
The Talent Graph allows you to visually filter and drill down into the talent pool to find groups of suitable candidates:
- Select your target criteria in the Talent Graph. Navigate through the filter steps in order: Country, Current Company, Job Family, Job Function, Seniority, and Industry.
- The candidate listing will dynamically update to show all candidates who match your chosen criteria.
- Click on any candidate’s name in the listing to view their profile.
CREATE a New Project
Group your matched candidates into a dedicated folder for a specific hiring drive.
- Select your target candidates by checking the boxes next to their names.
- Click the Create Project button in the action bar at the top of the list.
- Complete the details in the Create Project dialog and save.
ADD to an Existing Project
Keep your pipeline organized by adding candidates to active sourcing projects.
- Select your target candidates.
- Click Add to Project in the action bar.
- Select one or more of your existing projects from the dropdown list and confirm.
Pro Sourcing Tip
If you are getting too few results, try broadening your selection in the Talent Graph. Instead of filtering all the way down to a specific Industry or Seniority, try stopping at Job Family or Job Function to discover a wider pool of potential candidates with transferable skills across different sectors.
