Vincere Integration Guide
Introduction
Integrating Vincere with Scout allows you to seamlessly manage your recruitment processes, leveraging the powerful features of both platforms.

Steps for Integrating Vincere with Scout
Please note that these steps must be carried out by a Vincere Admin, and applies to all users in the organization.
Step 1: Obtain Credentials from Vincere
Before you begin, ensure you have the following information provided by Vincere. You may need to contact Vincere support to get the below information. In the support ticket, please share the Scout Callback URL: https://app.getscout.ai/api/vincere/callback
- Tenant: xxx.vincere.io (From your Vincere login URL)
- Tenant ID: xxx
- Client ID: Provided by Vincere
- API Key: Provided by Vincere
Step 2: Input your credentials in Scout
- On Scout, visit the Integrations Page (
https://app.getscout.ai/settings/integrations) - Scroll down to “Vincere”, and enter the Tenant ID, Client ID, API Key
- On the next page, enter your username and password on your Vincere Login screen. This should allow Scout to connect with Vincere.
UNDERSTAND Sync Settings & Configurations
Syncing with Vincere is fully configurable. Scout allows you to customize how data flows at the organization or user level:
- Push New Candidates – Automatically create new candidate profiles in Vincere when saved in Scout.
- Update Existing Candidates – Keep profiles up-to-date by auto-refreshing candidate data.
- Push Prospects – Sync candidate profiles that are still in the prospect/leads stage.
- Import ATS Jobs – Pull open Vincere jobs into Scout to match against candidate profiles.
[!NOTE] Granular Filters: You can restrict candidate syncing by job family, industry, or geographic location. Before writing back to Vincere, Scout checks the live record to avoid overwriting manual changes.

Vincere integration keeps candidate records aligned while supporting real-time activity changes:
Data Flow Directions

| Scout → Vincere | • New and updated candidates are pushed automatically upon saving. • Scout only updates fields that have actually changed (delta updates). |
| Vincere → Scout | • Pulls candidate profiles, contacts, resumes, work experience, education history, and company details. • Job updates are received to automatically generate matching job records in Scout. |
[!IMPORTANT] Scout currently only supports a two-way candidate and contact sync. Jobs are pulled into Scout, but jobs created in Scout do not push back to Vincere.
Sync Frequency & Real-Time Events
- Real-Time Updates: Vincere sends instant notifications to Scout for changes to candidates, jobs, applications, companies, contacts, and placements.
- Profile Deletions: If a candidate is deleted in Vincere, Scout preserves the historical data but marks the profile in Scout as Inactive rather than deleting it.
