My Candidates

Quick path

Search the candidates you uploaded or added to your own jobs and projects and open a profile.

  1. Open My Candidates

    Where: SidebarMy Candidates

  2. Search

  3. Open a profile

Search the candidates you uploaded, or that are already in your own jobs and projects, from a single page.

Before you start

  • Who sees it: the My Candidates sidebar item is shown only to Recruiter (Lite) members. Members with any other role do not see it. They use New Search and Talent Map instead, which search across the whole organization’s database.
  • What it searches: only candidates you have access to. That means profiles you uploaded or synced yourself, plus any profile already attached to a job or project that you created or contribute to. The page never widens this scope.
  • To fill the list, upload resumes with Resume Upload or add candidates to your jobs and projects.

Steps

SEARCH your candidates

  1. Click Sidebar > My Candidates. The page (/candidates/search) is titled My Candidates and lists your candidates as cards, with pages at the bottom.
  2. Type in the search box (Search by name, title, or skill…). Results update shortly after you stop typing and go back to page 1.
  3. Clear the box to see all of your candidates again.

There is no filter sidebar and no bulk-action toolbar on this page. It is a single search box and a list.

OPEN a profile

  1. Click a candidate card.
  2. The full profile opens. See Candidate Profile.

MOVE through pages

Use the pagination controls under the list. The footer shows the total number of candidates found.

What you should see

  • Candidate cards that match your search, or all candidates in your scope when the box is empty.
  • No candidates found with the hint “Try a different search term.” when nothing matches.
  • No candidates found with the hint “Upload resumes or add candidates to your jobs and projects to search them here.” when you have no candidates yet.

Common problems

  • My Candidates is not in the sidebar. You have a role other than Recruiter (Lite). Use New Search or Talent Map instead.
  • A candidate I know is missing. You can only search candidates you uploaded or that are in a job or project you created or contribute to. Ask the owner to add you as a contributor.
  • “Failed to search candidates” error. Try again, and contact your administrator if it persists.
